In an interview with NBC News, pastry chef and vegan chef Emily Kiebler says there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to vegan pastry.
Kiepler says you can mix up vegan pastry ingredients to create a variety of vegan dishes, such as vegan pancetta, vegan macaroni and cheese, and even vegan chocolate chips.
Kiebler explains that the best way to make vegan pastry is to first make a basic base for your pastry dough, such a filling or pastry dough.
She says to make a dough that’s good for your vegan pastry, you should be able to use at least 1 tablespoon of water, but it’s best to use water that’s less than 1 cup.
Kierbler says a lot of people are starting out vegan because they don’t want to buy a lot and they don´t want to spend a lot, but you should make your own vegan pastry dough in your own kitchen, as opposed to buying one from the store.
“The only thing you can buy that is vegan is that kind of thing, and I just don´ t think it´s going to help you,” Kieler says.
“I don´nt think you can make that in your kitchen.
It is better to make it in a home or a place where you can get the ingredients from.
You just need to buy the ingredients you need.”

If you are trying to make mac and cheesecake without any vegan pastry flour in your recipe, you can substitute baking powder or a powdered vegan flour.
“It really depends on what you want to do, but if you want vegan mac-and-cheese, you could substitute a vegan pastry,” she says.
“There are a lot more vegan macarons that are vegan than the ones you would use in a typical macarono.
They are usually just slightly thicker, so they are a little more dense.”
