It’s a quick, easy way to make a cake, muffin or other pastry dessert.
But you can easily adjust the amount of cream and sugar to taste.
This recipe is also good with just a few simple substitutions:You can use a standard cream or heavy cream.
I like to use the cream of tartar, or a dark chocolate one.
You can also add a splash of vanilla extract to make this a little more decadent.
The original recipe calls for 12 ounces (300 grams) of sugar and a 1/4 cup (150 grams) heavy cream, so I use 1/2 cup of that to make it more of a sweet and creamy dessert.
